Lemon Oil: Using lemon oil for anxiety February 07 2014

Anxiety can come and go, and is often the result of daily situations and occurrences. Lemon Days Island 100% pure lemon oil

helpful in inhibiting the accumulation of toxins, which in turn acts to improve circulation

How to ease anxiety with lemon oil:
First thing in the morning, wake your senses by adding 1-3 drops of lemon essential oil to

Lemon oil can also be used topically in its pure form to help balance and restore. Add a few 
drops to the bridge of the nose, behind the ears, to reflex points such as the inside of the 
wrists, between the toes and on the bottoms of feet. 
For a quick brain boost, take 2-3 drops on your palms, rub them together, cup hands 
together, and inhale deeply. Repeat anytime a pick-me-up is needed.
