BOOM essential oil blend: Using BOOM for diabetes April 30 2014
Cinnamon has long been considered a medicinal plant. In recent years, there have been studies that suggest that adding cinnamon to a diet can help control blood sugar. Diabetes is most significantly characterized by the body’s overproduction of blood sugar. An incorporation of Days Island's BOOM essential oil blend (which contains Ceylon cinnamon bark oil) into a daily routine can, over time, help to assist in the body’s regulation of blood sugar levels.
How to use BOOM essential oil blend to help diabetes:
Place a few drops in about a tablespoon of carrier oil (such as olive, coconut or jojoba oils) and rub generously onto feet. Cover with socks and wear for a few hours or overnight.
Take ½ teaspoon of undiluted BOOM essential oil blend and gently rub on the skin along the spine. Repeat 1-2 times daily.
Place 5-10 drops in a vapor diffuser and allow the scent to penetrate both the environment as well as your senses.
